1. Is my date available?
Always confirm availability first.
2. How many hours are included?
Most vendors require a 3-4 hour minimum.
3. Is an attendant included?
Essential for troubleshooting and managing props.
4. Are prints unlimited, and what size?
2x6 strips or 4x6? Does every guest in the photo get a copy?
5. Can prints be customized with our names and date?
A custom template turns strips into keepsakes.
6. Do we get a digital gallery?
USB, online album, watermarks?
7. How much space and power do you need?
Open-air booths need about 10x10 ft; mirror booths need less.
8. Is a scrapbook guestbook included?
An extra strip for guests to sign next to.
9. Are props included?
Check the quality and style of the props.
10. Do you offer an idle hour rate?
Set up before cocktail hour without paying full rate until it opens.
11. What is the deposit and payment schedule?
Most vendors take 25-50% to hold your date. Get the balance due date in writing.
